I've noticed that each subproject has a CONTRIBUTORS file with a list of
names. Since Velocity is now using Maven, we can use the dedicated
contributors section. This means:
- we can provide more details than just the name, as we do for developers
- they will be published on
Sounds good, and yeah, if they're developers, no need to keep them in
the contributor list.
