The Issue changes made in JIRA by users does not seem to be sent to
the dev list too.
This makes it harder to follow the project.
This functionality was working before. Any chance of getting it back?
(it's just a simple JIRA setting)

I poked about in the notifications section, and it has a lot of
problems, but i haven't figured out how to edit the settings. It says
Will is the owner, so perhaps i lack the permissions.
Will, do you know what's up here? Is this something to nag infra@ about?
