The problem I am trying to overcome is as below.[1] I get this when I
upgrade the trunk tojaggery feature to use 0.9.0.ALPHA3-wso2v6 and fix the
appfactory product poms according to it.
Futhermore having this in trunk is very confusing [2]. Shall we delete that.

run BPEL in or super tenant only - which is the current case. I believe the
correct thing is
1 - Run the tenant creation BPEL in super tenant
2 - Run rest of the BPEL in tenant space
