Hi Maduranga,

I'd suggest that we need to have both if we are following the same we did
for workflows (BPEL). That is,

   - There should be a profile that would have SIddhi and its dependencies
   along with IS core features.
   - Default profile should contain all the features, which will enable the
   users to try out any feature without any additional configuration.
   - IS profile would still have only the core IS features only
