[Dev] Cannot create ActiveMQ jms transport based proxies in ESB 4.7.0

Hi Lahiru, This was a known issue in ESB 4.7.0, when you have not started the message broker it will throw exceptions when you are creating jms proxy. This has been fixed by Ishara in the JMS transport code. You can follow this mail thread for more info [Dev] AS not patched for the continuous JMS
