Hi Lakmini, We already have a inbound endpoint to support HL7 that was released with ESB 4.9.0.
First we need to do some research on X12 and how we incorporate this into ESB. So if this is going to be a listening inbound and a connector or a enhancement to existing hl7 transport should be decided on your findings. So as the first step start researching on X12 and learn on HL7 ESB inbound.
