We are adding quite a few features to this release, as per latest plan on
GDocs. Doesn't that justify a 4.5 ?

By looking at the amount of features to be included with next release I
would probably say ESB 5.0 will be more satiable, but ESB 4.5, not bad but
it will be my second choice

carbon 4.0.0.
Latest released ESB version is 4.0.3 and next release will not have huge
changes to consider as 5.0.0.
I'm thinking about 4.[1-5].0
