I'd suggest that we need to have both if we are following the same we did
for workflows (BPEL). That is,
- There should be a profile that would have SIddhi and its dependencies
along with IS core features.
- Default profile should contain all the features, which will

We have included Siddhi components in the Identity Server to use with
adaptive authentication related functionality. At the moment these
components are in all the profiles. But we are planning to restrict them to
a single profile in IS. We have 2 options.
