Hi all,
In the latest packs, when the services are updated they do not get
re-deployed. I checked this issue with dataservices and axis2 services in
DSS and AS packs. None of the services got re-deployed after updating them.

We found this bug in the AS test setup and SupunM Pradeep fixed it about
an hour ago. Please check with a latest pack.
