When you register travelocity.com as a service provider in IS and point
travelocity.com webapp to use IS as the identity provider, authentication
process of webapp is totally handled by IS.
Even the page you enter username/password is submitted by IS.

As Pulasthi mentioned this should be the most probable cause due to this. I
too encountered the same problem. When you set the certificate alias as
wso2carbon, you may tick the Enable Assertion Encryption when configuring
the IdP.

According to the error log it cannot download some artifacts from nexus.
One reason could be the nexus repo is not defined on the pom or parent pom or
these artifacts are not deployed to the nexus.

failure and Jenkins build is green.

Firstly, I think we should not be using Tenant Admin name for deleting,
because it is identity theft. :)
If we take the use case, I think you are trying to delete Apps in a
scenario where you want to delete the tenant. If we are deleting the tenant
