In the current implementation of the c5 Patching feature I need to change
the patched entry in the bundles.info file.
For e.g
If we patch the org.wso2.carbon.clustering_5.0.0.SNAPSHOT.jar. I want to
change the bundles.info entry as the following.
One of the questions is, do we really need dynamic patching of a running
server. Nobody has asked for it, and we could find anybody who does it. It
is safest to restart the servers after patching since dynamic patching can
lead to several issues including memory leaks. With respect to patching
