[Dev] [TOOLS] [DEV] Cannot save proxy service changes in dev studio

Hi, I downloaded the tooling component from [1] for ESB 5.0.0. When trying to create a new proxy service from in my ESB Config Project, looks like the changes I do in source view are not saved. 1. I edited the xml file for the proxy service in source tab and hit save. 2. Click on the design tab
