Hi Raj, I tested the same and reproduced the issue... The fix is to delete the TenantConfig.properties file from IS_HOME/repository/conf/ directory. Ideally this file should not be there with Service Pack 1. I wonder how it got there because this was introduced in patch1040 which was released
