[Dev] Shall we remove unused modules from Carbon kernel code base?

Hi all, There are two moduldes( org.wso2.carbon.caching.core and org.wso2.carbon.context ) that we have commented out in our root pom.xml and we haven't released those artifacts with 4.2.0. either. Shall we remove those two components from carbon kernel 4.3.0 code base? Thanks, Shameera. --
