You need to create a worker profile during the product p2-profile
generation. This profile should only contain the back-end server components
but not ui components. Have a look at the AS 5.2.0 p2-profile-gen pom for
an example.

It seems profile is not configured for DworkerNode, Nevertheless you can
use the ESB with out the WorkNode while you working on ELB
