I also tried contacting Robert at several different email addresses, but
without any luck.
I submitted a bug on their JIRA:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GUMP-168 , hopefully somebody will
take a look.

reproduce the problem. I don't know who put xmlbeans-v1 into gump
(presumably it was Robert Burrell Donkin, who appears in the From: field of
