We use Zeppelin Notebook in our development and would be nice to have a bulk 
import to create multiple notebooks at once. We allow users to import or share 
containers which contain multiple notebooks, some time hundreds of notebooks. 
It would be nice to use one endpoint to create multiple notebooks at once.
