using Chrome in Windows.

I find that several keyboard shortcuts do not behave as documented. 
Specifically, using Chrome  on Windows, several shortcuts appeared to have no 
impact at all, or performed browser-level, non-Zeppelin actions. Please see the 
table below for expected and actual results, in these few cases.

Also, all the shortcuts are working in MacOS/ Chrome

then it is bringing the print option. |
|Ctrl + N|Move cursor Down|Not working. Opens a new tab|
|Ctrl + Alt + D|Remove paragraph|works as advertised|
|Ctrl + Alt + A|Insert new paragraph above|works as advertised|
