cd zeppelin-web
grunt serve
will run front-end on port 9000. (you still need to run Zeppelin)
It might help you see what consumes cpu time.

Even an empty page has high cpu usage on chrome. I build from 1940388e3422.
It looks like due to some JS issue inside vendor.js:37, since they're
minimized I've no idea. Is it possible to build with not minimized libs?
