Here is a link to a signed zip file that worked for me. I've been battling this 
for a few days. Finally found something that works without a failed signature 
error. Please, everyone try this. It will save you some headaches.

Just copy to your sd card, go into recovery mode, install from external 
storage, when it is done make sure to erase all data/factory reset and then 
reboot into stock factory v1.0 again.
