This is needed for the \pageinjection command when I include larger
images which spread over multiple pages.
So this is for non-interactive mode yes? I think we could do this:
\def\scrn_canvas_synchronize_only
{\clf_setupcanvas
paperwidth \interactionscreenparameter\c!width
paperheight \interactionscreenparameter\c!height
\relax}
as they default to the values that are there now. That way you can use
the width and height parameters of setupinteractionscreen instead of a
low level call.
Or do I misunderstand it.
