or am not so meant that.
example:
file = core/myclass.php
class myclass extends oxUser
{
}

of course you can.
This makes sense if only in special situations you need some user object which
is different from the usual one.
If you do need the modified user object always then you should write a module
of oxuser - but probably you know that.
