We have a production issue where during our deployment where two of our servers have the superuser account locked and we cannot log into admin central with superuser. I don't see any exceptions in any of the log files. All I get is the message "Error during login. Please try again."
I understand there is a script that can reset the superuser password. Could you please send it to us? We have tried a version of that on a dev site based on the following WIKI article and it has left our site unusable:

The site could never start with the MgnlMainFilter commented out. I ran the recovery script though and am now getting the following exception after doing on so (this our development box):
