Hi Sharon,
please move this ticket into Support project which is the right place for such
a task rather than Magnolia main project.
I've updated your jira account with appropriate credentials for support since
you're our EE client.
Note that such an issue will be then private and available only for you (and
persons you specify as {{Watchers}} or
make them {{Visible to}} rights) and our support team.
