Output remote-resources from build-tools into a specific directory

By default, the remote-resources plugin outputs its resources in
{{target/maven-shared-archive-resources}}. Since we're configuring a generic
execution of this plugin in our parent poms to be executed with resources from
our build-tools, they should be output into a non-standard directory to be
easily identified.
