New 'readonly' property of DialogFile:
Property: readonly, Description: 'Remove file' button, editable filename and
extension are hidden, everything is hidden if any file is assosiated...see
attached screenshots..., Default: false. Use can use it also with controlType -
dmsFile, where it is more useful (use can see image preview in readonly dialog)
