We currently use the enforce plugin with a few of the built-in rules. Mojo@codehaus has additional rules which could be useful: http://mojo.codehaus.org/extra-enforcer-rules/index.htmlAmong other, it seems that {{requirePropertyDiverges}} could help enforcing projects specify their own groupID (so they won't accidentally use that of the parent poms!) and might help make sure our projects consistently re-define properties like {{scmTagPrefix}} or {{documentationURL}}.
