In bug 923770 we switched talos to use mozprocess [1] internally. This is a great win for managing the internal process of Firefox and reducing our timeouts on OSX and Windows test runs. The side effect of running in mozprocess is about a 500ms delay in launching the process. I have looked at all the other numbers and right now the only test affected is ts_paint and this is the case for all platforms.
