Greetings, I'm basing my opinion on EFF's article (RE: https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2019/02/cyber-mercenary-groups-shouldnt-be-trusted-your-browser-or-anywhere-else). I submit that EFF makes valid points and I agree with their assessment. DarkMatter appears to be a threat actor and should not be given any position of trust regarding certificate authority.
