no release tarball for 3.12.6

Hi, I'm not sure if you're aware of that issue, but as firefox 3.6.2 needs nss 3.12.6 and there's no release tarball yet, this causes major problems for some linux distributions: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=550231 http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=311167 Firefox release
