Sounds good. Couple of things:
* Can I suggest using the v1-8-test branch as the branch to be used for
preparing the rc? If we hit RC then move it over to v1-8-stable? V1-8-test
already had some fixes in that should land in 1.8.2 and the RC should be tagged
in the stable branch. That

I am having an issue with the pip install of airflow. I cannot figure out the
difference, I have 2 Mac machines, and one machine airflow installs correctly
and the other one, airflow fails on install.
