how to enable warning span without click

Hi ! 

As the pic shows, the waring span can show without click, but i add a 
customized service with config, the waring span can not show. 

Here is my config xml: 

 
 
content 
Lvm Disk Config 
 

 
 
 
content 
true 
true 
true 
false 
true 
 
 
 
 


How can i do this? It seems that i miss something important. 

Could someone help me?
