No bug here.
CDbl uses the locale settings of your OpenOffice.org.
Verify Tools Options Language settings Languages :
the second item Local Settings should show : Swedish (Swede)
Yes, that's correct.
Just under this item, you will see a comma indicated as separator for
decimal values (it is small but visible).
Correct again.
Still, CDbl(123,45) returns 123, not 123,45.
I read the bug report and it says that this only happens on Linux, and
not on all GNU/Linux-distributions. However the bugreport was about
OpenOffice.org 2.something, so I was a bit surprised that they didn't
fix this yet. Maybe I should bring the bug report to the Ubuntu people
instead.
