You need to have an ICLA on file. Once that happens, you will be given an
account and write access to incubator repositories.

I just saw this ticket in the INFRA backlog -
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-12733
Just wondering, was this discussed on the ML? I didn't see it, and I would
recommend leaving in ticket types like documentation.
Please note - the board report is due tonight.

Hey guys
I typically serve as incubator report manager. Boring job, but someone has

Ran,
I would recommend a different directory layout, to make it clear that these
are three different artifacts for the same release. Most projects create a
version number below their project name, or just dump all of the files in

We're piloting a new format for the podling status pages. Specifically,
the current status page leaves a lot to be desired - it's basically crafted

All,
Just wanted to give an update on how the website build works.
ASF uses a few different technologies. The latest is "gitwcsub" which
looks for changes in a git repo and publishes those as a static website.
To do that you can use any technology to build the website, but use some

One con I see is that the project already struggles with on list

Podlings,
I wanted to raise a point to all, hence the direct emails.
The Whimsy PMC has put together a roster tool for managing the committers

this will keep track and make sure we list out everyone's valid IDs.

Podling rosters are meant to be managed in Whimsy. The roster in the

Thomas,
The files are still named "sha" instead of "sha512"

Does it make sense to create a branch for the release (when prepped) and
merge that in when done? I'd hate to see development slow down due to the
release window in flight. Most other projects don't stop committing while
this is happening.

Thomas,
The IPMC does not grant access to individual podling wikis. You are an
admin on the Aria Tosca wiki already, and should be able to grant access.
Let's keep it to the dev list if you're unsure how.

No report is expected by Aria Tosca at this time

Thomas,
You're already an admin on confluence (tnadeau). There are no other
permissions to grant you. JIRA and Confluence permissions are not tied
together.

All,
Please be advised that based on votes occurring on the dev list, private
list and general list the Aria Tosca podling has been retired.
Source code will remain available in a read only fashion.
Mailing lists will be shut down in a few days, archives to remain available.
Thanks,
John

The wiki is not tied to your apache.org credentials.

Added to the contributors group.

Hi
Now a vote must occur on the general@ list. Once that vote is complete
then the podling retires. The -1 should also be recorded but we have
provided proper justification for it to not be a blocker.
