[VOTE] remove the old wiki

I assume everyone here knows the old wiki hasn't been maintained, and is years out of date. I propose we sunset it completely and delete it forever from the world. I'm happy to file the INFRA ticket to delete it, I'd just like to give everyone the opportunity to speak up in case there's something
