Bah! Jeff beat me to responding with essentially the same message. +1 for Tuesday and the venue. On Tue, Jun 13, 2017 at 11:44 AM, Jeff Jirsawrote: > Looks great to me - especially the venue. Looks great to me - especially the venue. Date wise, Tuesday (19th) lets people fly in on Monday instead of costing a weekend, so selfishly that seems better to me. Re: NGCC Proposal (Was Re: NGCC?)
I don't see any problem if a cadre of organizers want to put something together in Europe. All it takes is someone (or group) to coordinate things. Go for it. One of the main points of this kind of event is to physically collocate with other devs, so remote participation isn't something that we've looked into. Cheers, Gary. Hi Gary NGCC looks very interesting, especially taking into account that we have no summit this year. Being something that's aimed at C* developers and to discuss its future, I was wondering if besides putting up the talks on YouTube, we'll also have the opportunity to participate in the discussion remotely? In case it's not possible, does the community usually organise something similar for Europe? In case it does, I would be happy to help organise it.
