I posted the board report.  I did not add anything about the PCM
discussion, because I think this will take some time and the report was
due.

I agree, I think it is wise to close the gap. I will continue this on the
private mailing list.

Maybe also good to start the discussion if we want to change the procedure
so that new committers are also directly added to the PMC.
We are still a very small community and so arguable the diff between
committers and PMC members is not really needed.
Any thoughts?
