I would like to propose a shutdown window of 60 days starting March 1. Every few days (3?) we can announce the impending shutdown on users@ and dev@. At day 30 we can temporarily disable (using S3 permissions) download.cloud.com for 72 hours to see if this any impact. Thoughts?
