Many projects have only a single person listed per project. In some cases,
it is a person with a strong point of view that is strongly influenced by
their non-Apache life.
Other important projects have nobody listed.
Are submissions going to be curated by the group as a whole? Or only
I'd like to through my hat in the ring as far as Bigtop and Giraph are
concerned.
Also, for as long as nobody's willing to handle Spark -- I'd be more than happy
to do that as well.
