Hi Ignasi
Thanks very much for following up with this.
Jim volunteered to do the keynote and I followed up with him again to
check and he confirmed that he was still available and happy to do it.
Thanks

Hi!
I had a phone call with the organizers of the Expo and concreted most
of the details about the spaces, talks, etc. Here are the relevant
bits to the ASF participation in the event:
* We've been offered to do a Keynote in English (30-45 min), in a room
for ~400 people capacity.
* A 30 minutes
Great!
Thank you for this update Ignasi :)

Hi!
This is just a quick follow-up email.
We told the OpenExpo organizers about the people we have for the
event, but we are still waiting for their confirmation about the exact
talks, format, duration, etc. As soon as we have their feedback we'll
come back to you with all the details so
Thanks Ismaël!

Hi,
Being a native spanish speaker I would love to help too, with a talk
related to Apache / Mentoring / Open Source in general, or one on the
project I am a committer.
And of course I can also help with the booth too. I suppose giving
info in the native language would be greatly appreciated :)
I'm willing to do it, but don't want to "take" the spot if other,
more qualified people can.

Thanks PJ. It will be good having a few people that can talk about a few of the
topics.

Hi,
I don't speak Spanish but I'm available to give a hand where is possible
for presentations or any other activity but in English language.
I'm also available for giving support at the booth. I'm italian and I think
that it could be not so hard for me to talk with Spanish people :)
I could
Hi Sharan,
I could definitely help talking about Mentoring and Comunity
engagement/management, and help at least one day on the both. I could also
present something on the technical side if slots are available. As for
language, I am ok for chatting on the both in Spanish but will present in
Hi Jim
If you are interested in the presentation slot then that can be in English or
Spanish. I know that they are trying to include more English speaking content
in their programme.
Thanks
