Hi Kevin, sure ... actually informing the Board was the first thing I did as I thought that's where it belonged and I was asked to bring it here. But happy to open legal tickets for each agreement. Ok ... So If I don't hear any objections in 72 hours, I'll treat that as consensus and I'll start creating these memberships for the PLC4X project but on behalf of the ASF.
