We don't schedule releases. We release ad hoc as the need arises. I'm on 
vacation until mid March. I can do it then or another committer can do it 
sooner.

I'm wondering when this BTS will be released even though it is not scheduled 
yet ;)
Also, would you mind if you guys check the target guava version could be the 
higher one? (Hopefully 21.0)
