When you are working with attachments, the value (or default value)
configured for the attachment memory threshold in AttachmentDeserializer
overrides the value set for CachedOutputStream.Threshold. So if you want to
change the Threshold you need to configure the "attachment-memory-threshold"
property (see http://cxf.apache.org/docs/jax-rs-multiparts.html for an
example of this).
