Dave Thompson closed DAFFODIL-1866.

Pulled latest updates from incubator-daffodil repository which included the 
specified commit, 4404af30e724c19be1eb1bf01bec8fd5a04600ea.

Verified by review that the duplicate entries are no longer included in the 
.classpath files.
