Yes! Assuming we're roughly following the "semantic versioning"
convention then here's what they say:
Given a version number MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH, increment the:
1. MAJOR version when you make incompatible API changes,
2. MINOR version when you add functionality in a backwards
Does that mean we can merge the non backward compatible changes then, right?
