Thank you for the links.

For non-trivial contributions, an individual CLA (aka ICLA) is
required.  Since "trivial" is hard to define, if in doubt, please get
an ICLA on file. (1)

For a corporation that has assigned employees to work on an Apache
project, a Corporate CLA (CCLA) is available for contributing
intellectual property via the corporation, that may have been assigned
as part of an employment agreement. (2)
