Unexpected Error in Mifos

Hello Devs There is a time when someone create a client in a system he gets an error of "error.msg.client.unknown.data.integrity.issue" and there is no where in the form where seem to be wrong. What is the cause of this and what is the solution? Thanks in advance -- Mexina M Daniel
