I didn't know the Flex SDK came with javadoc modules.  Is that something
FlexMojos provides?

Well, you are welcome to lead the effort to use XSLT to generate static
HTML.  Who else in our community is comfortable with XSLT?  My thinking is
that by moving the presentation of the data into MXML/AS, it increases the
chance that folks in the community can contribute, but the downside is
that it is a whole code base for folks to learn and debug.
