that’s a misuse of the
Apache brand, so long as it’s factual. But the Foundation would want the PMC
to discourage any suggestion that a company has particular influence on the
project.

So go ahead and blame us.
What I’d suggest is for the PPMC chair to drop a quick email to the other
mentors saying “Hey folks, are you subscribed to the lists? Just checking that
you’re on-board.” At least to the ones you haven’t heard from yet.

just now subscribed to the
dev, user and commits lists, and I hope to be able to offer advice and help out
where I can.

than it is about features. So don’t feel that you have to wait until
the screen sharing features are complete before you do your first release.

discussed above, I think just the
license files need updating for now. Getting the javascript libraries out can
wait for later.
Another thing you’ll want to deal with - is the next release candidate called
0.9.10 or 0.9.11? I think the Maven ecosystem is happiest if you move on to
0.9.11 (and put in the release notes that 0.9.10 was skipped), but there are a
variety of opinions on that (to put it mildly). It’s up to the PMC to decide
on a policy.

Not sure if I’m just being dense, but I’m having trouble finding the source
artifact for guacamole-0.9.10-incubating.war. Could you point me to it?

Yes, that’s the one
out
I’m in favour of graduating. I’d suggest that you update the podling
requirements checklist and then call a vote on this list.
