Hi,

should PR 62220 be considered as a showstopper?
It is the 3rd time is is reported.

I tried to debug it but ended nowhere.
Removing "| EXEC_ON_READ" around line 1248 where 
RemoteIPTrustedProxyList and RemoteIPInternalProxyListdirectives 
directives are defined, in mod_remoteip.c fixes the issue, according to 
Martynas Bendorius (smtalk in the bug report)


But, if this is the correct fix, I can't explain why it worked before 
and why there is a regression!
